Lovely flat very close to famous Birnam Oak

Enjoy all the beautiful spots that Birnam has to offer by staying in this lovely wee flat. Located round the corner from Birnam arts centre, the Beatrix Potter garden and the famous Birnam Oak on the river Tay, this is an ideal base for a holiday. There are many beautiful walks and cycle routes in this area and plenty to see and do. As the train station is just a few minutes walk away, this is also an ideal base for exploring other parts of Scotland. The space This flat provides a restful and comfortable space. The bedroom is tastefully decorated in bright and refreshing summer colours and when the sun beams through the window in the morning it is a delightful space to relax with a cuppa. The kitchen and bathroom have both been recently modernised and finished to a high standard. There is a cute table in the kitchen to enjoy meals. If you plan to do your own cooking you are welcome to use the basic cooking staples in the kitchen (spices, rice, pasta, oil, etc). If you prefer to eat out there are a number of cafes and restaurants in Birnam and Dunkeld and the hotel just round the corner from the flat do delicious takeaway pizzas. The living room is cosy, spacious, and a comfortable place to relax. Guest access The flat is my main residence, however I accept bookings only when I am working away from home so you will have the place completely to yourselves. A small flight of steps leads to the door to the flat and there is a keysafe. Other things to note There is ample space in the flat for coats, outdoor footwear etc.
