The guesthouse is located in Magyarlukafán, a single street small settlement located in a very nice natural environment (in the Zselici Landscape Protection District). The guesthouse underwent a complete renovation in 2019, offering plenty of space and convenience to larger groups. The house is located on a large (6.100 m²) sloping plot, which offers a very nice panoramic view of the valley and the landscape protection district. The space The guesthouse has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an American kitchen with a living/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of tools and machines: fridge, induction hob (4 cooking zones), electric oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee maker (one capsule per guest, multiple capsules at the store price), coffee maker. There are two smart TVs that are connected to the Internet. They have a Netflix streaming service subscription and DIGITV package (91 channels). The ruter uses 5 PowerLine devices to connect to the Internet throughout the house and the garden (WIFI and wired). The beds in the bedroom are large (king size and queen size) and comfortable (24 cm mattress+ 3.5 cm mattress) All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The house is heated with central heating, a wood-burning boiler (in winter and colder months). Linens, towels, and tea towels are available. Their use is included in the price. The size of the garden is 6.131 m². The entire garden is available to guests. The plot is 34 meters wide and 180 meters long. It has a very sloping and beautiful panoramic view of the area from the higher parts. Patio 1: There is a 55m ² terrace on the south side of the house.
