The guesthouse is located in Magyarlukafa, a small one-street settlement, which is located in a very beautiful natural environment (in the Zselic Landscape Protection Area). The guesthouse was completely renovated in 2019, offering many places and comforts for larger groups. The house is located on a large (6,100 m²) sloping plot, which offers an extremely beautiful panorama of the valley and the landscape protection area. The space The guest house has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living/dining room with an American kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all kinds of tools and machines: refrigerator, induction hob (4 cooking zones), electric oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso capsule coffee maker (one capsule per guest, more capsules available at retail price), coffee maker. There are two smart televisions that are connected to the Internet. They have a Netflix streaming subscription and a DIGITV package (91 channels). The router, with 5 PowerLine devices, creates an internet connection everywhere in the house and garden (both WIFI and wired). In the bedroom, the beds are large (king size and queen size) and comfortable (24 cm mattress+ 3.5 cm mattress topper) All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The house is heated by central heating, wood-fired boiler (in winter and colder months). Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are available. Their use is included in the price. The size of the garden is 6,131 m². The entire garden is at the guests' disposal. The plot is 34 meters wide and 180 meters long. It is steeply sloping and the higher parts offer a beautiful panorama of the area. Terrace 1: There is a 55 m² terrace on the south side of the house. Garden table, 7 chairs and 2 sunbeds Sunshade (diameter 3 m) Stone bench built into the wall of the terrace. Between the terrace and the barn there is a room where we placed a good quality ping pong table (with balls and rackets). Terrace 2: Next to the stable there is a covered terrace (15 m²).
