Close to Gillan Creek, Helford/Helford Passage and the Fal Estuary and walks along the famous South West Coast Path which passes through Gillian Cove. The space GROUND FLOOR: Open Plan Living/Dining/Kitchen - with a table and chairs for dining at one end, comfy seating at the other with sofa and armchairs by the patio doors and a kitchen along one side with units, worksurface, sink, fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4 ring electric hob, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is parking on a gravelled drive to the front of the property. There is a local bus service. Other things to note NB Falmouth is under 5 miles by boat or 45 minutes drive. There is a passenger ferry during the summer 9.00-17.00 (but please check) from Helford (3 miles from the property) across to the Helford Passage.
