Small but nice apartment for a short break, Beautiful conservatory (not isolated!) great kitchen, coffee machine & washing machine, Large shower, 8 km to Kempten, bike path/Illerweg at the front door, forest path to the Iller at the house, Bakery 1 minute walk away... Small but nice Edeka shop with regional meat counter in the village about 5-minute walk right next to the Raiffeisenbank Every Wednesday there is a pizza cart in the village directly across from the bakery... Bus stop on site (runs hourly) The space Small but nice "library" in the conservatory* with books, DVDs and CDs, feel-good room for "time for me" - walking path to the Iller - beautiful - balm for the soul - oifach mol raus [: I'll be away for a while] - small break from the sometimes stressful everyday life - time just for you :) On request, a bicycle can be rented on site - please inquire in good time :) Guest access * Conservatory/wellness room is only partially usable in the cold months. Since the room is not insulated & therefore cannot be heated, it cannot be used as a bedroom in winter. We ask for your understanding.
