Fabulous family house with coastal vibe

Well appointed family home in the quiet West Wight village of Totland. Situated on an unadopted residential road just a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to the beaches of Totland and Colwell. There is a convenience store about five minutes walk away and the larger village of Freshwater about 10 minutes with a good range of shops including independent butcher, bakery and fishmonger. The space There is comfortable seating in the sitting room for eight people. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table seats eight easily. The communal areas downstairs have seating areas that allow for those who wish to be a bit separate from the tv. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden but not the garage. There is a utility room and a porch where bicycles and buggies can be stored. Other things to note The two single beds that are listed as bedroom 4 are separated by a door from bedroom 3 that also leads to the en-suite bathroom. (You have to go through bedroom 3 with the queen size bed to get to the single beds that are listed as bedroom 4.). Ideal for children or good friends! The gardener - Nick - comes once a week. He does not need access to the house but comes through the gate to the back garden to cut the grass.
