We invite you to a newly commissioned apartment of 25m2 for 2 people or a family of 2+2. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and a cozy living room. The apartment has a large balcony with a seating area and a sauna for you. We have prepared a special toy box for children. Outside there is a gazebo with a barbecue area, a mini playground for the little ones and a garden, as well as a large free parking lot. The space In the kitchen you will find an induction hob for cooking, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher with available washing capsules, a microwave and a set of pots, cutlery and dinnerware. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. In the living room there are two fold-out sofas (for sleeping and relaxing), a large 50" TV, a comfortable wardrobe, a vacuum cleaner, a mop and cleaning supplies.
