München: Time to relax and enjoy nature

Or to the indoor pool or the nearby mountains, all public WITHOUT A CAR! Also to the city of Munich (30 minutes) or to us from the main train station. There are all kinds of restaurants nearby. Reopening after other use. Welcome! The space We have transformed the sun-drenched, former office meeting room into a cozy living room and bedroom. The unique charm lies in the southeast orientation (sunny) and the private small terrace just for our guests. From May you can use one or two bicycles (for an extra charge of €5 per bicycle and day of use). In summer the room is pleasantly cool and in winter cozy warm... We have electricity from our own PV system. Guest access Since it is an extension, you have your parking space in front of the door in our driveway and your own access. From the main station or from the airport, take the S-Bahn to Rosenheimer Platz and change to tram 25 to the end station. The community-owned bus (free of charge) also called a regular taxi, takes you directly to the front door until 6 pm! And of course back to the city center every 30 minutes! Extremely rarely one of us comes to make a copy in the next room (accessible separately from the hallway). For your living room and bedroom you get your own key, so that your belongings are safe. Other things to note With the Isar in the heart and the mountains in the back, Munich is the center of attention. With us you are not only in the middle of the green, but also in the city and the mountains, publicly connected from the beginning! The proximity to the forest invites you to take walks, runs or visit the deer as the small terrace for cozy hours in the sun lounger. We live host culture from the heart and accompany our guests with words and deeds. The love for guests and the region is also reflected in the homely style of our room, where Bavarian cosiness meets a selected contemporary inventory. Basically, there is another Airbnb space in the house in the former practice room (See separate listings). This means that a total of two apartments are available for 2 to 4 people.
