Crawfordsburn Cottage

Crawfordsburn Cottage is situated 1 mile from the quaint village of Crawfordsburn and 1 mile from the seaside town of Bangor. It is a well presented 3 bed semi detached home within close proximity to a range of tourist attractions and within walking distance to Carnalea Golf Club, many delightful coastal walks. The location offers ease of access to Belfast city centre via rail and George Best airport is a 15 minute drive away. The space My home is unique as it is deceptionally spacious, bright and very tastefully decorated. I also allow pets as long as they are house trained and aren't reptiles!! and a pet minding service is available for a reasonable fee if perhaps the owners are attending a wedding during their stay. My garden is also fully enclosed to keep your beloved pets safe. There is a brick driveway which can accommodate 2 cars. Guest access Guests will have access to the kitchen lounge, sun room (from 8.00am up until 11.00am unless given permission by me to use it out of those hours)& garden where smoking is permitted. I am mostly present at the property but usually stay in my private room to give guests more privacy. I am happy to join guests at their request as many I have met from all around the world like to chat with their host and usually love my wee doggies During your stay I will mostly be available to offer guests help throughout their stay. This can include arranging Airport pickup or drop off. On the few occasions I am not in residence one of my friends will be on hand to help out. Other things to note Crawfordsburn Cottage is set in a fantastic location as is so convenient to coastal path and beaches, 5 top Golf courses (Royal Belfast, Helen's Bay, Carnalea, Bangor, Blackwood) are within a five mile radius with Carnalea Golf Course literally across the road! There are also 3 amazing hotels within a five mile radious (Culloden, Clandeboye Lodge, Crawfordsburn Inn) with the Crawfordsburn Inn only a 15 minute walk away! For a 20 minute by Train commute to Belfast Bangor West Train Halt is a 5 minute walk and Carnalea Halt is a 10 minute walk. It only takes a 8 min walk to reach the coastal path which has lovely beaches along the route to Crawfordsburn, Helen's Bay & Holywood. If you go in the opposite direction the beautiful seaside town of Bangor is a 10 minute stroll. The closest coffee shop, Chinese, Chipshop, hairdresser, Spar is a 3 minute walk, closest filling station is a 1 minute drive and Springhill Shopping centre is a 7 minute walk. Please note there is 1 double bedroom only available at this property as I reside here too and not the whole house as people have in the past made the mistake in thinking.
