The Domaine des Forges offers you this vacation rental which is for 4 people and has a living/dining room where you can meet with 12 people, if you are more than 4 people sleeping, in addition to the 2 bedrooms of the vacation rental, possibility of having up to 4 additional bedrooms right in front of the vacation rental "see explanations and details below". It is imperative to contact me before booking, in order to validate the number of people as well as the distribution of beds. A special offer will be made if needed. The space You will love this lovely house for its calm and stone. This old bakery in Les Forges with its bread oven transformed into a small fireplace corner, will be a perfect accommodation for couples, families (with children). You can prepare your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace, while enjoying the garden and countryside. The living room can accommodate a maximum of 12 people seated at the meal. The necessary equipment will be made available to you according to your needs. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 people. A baby cot is provided if needed. The house also has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, as well as 2 toilets, 1 on the ground floor and the other upstairs. If you are more than 4, no problem, we have 4 single bedrooms just in front of the gite 20 meters away including 2 double bedrooms "1 double bed" and 2 family bedrooms "1 double bed and 2 single beds in mezzanine" all with shower room and toilet. The best way to be sure of availability is to contact us in advance before booking. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the rental amount. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants or available with additional fees on site (€75). Please bring your own pool towels. The swimming pool, terrace and garden are secured by a veranda closed at night and by a hedge around the garden. Please note for last-minute bookings that the indoor pool takes a little time to return to a temperature of 27 to 29°C. Outside the period from April to September inclusive, please ask us in advance about the opening of the pool during your stay. The pool is always open and heated during school holidays, Christmas and New Year. Parking is available on site. No smoking inside. A deposit of 500 euro will also be requested by "uncashed" check and returned upon checkout. Guest access The shared pool will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. non-stop. It's an indoor pool that's heated. Other things to note The enclosed 5-hectare park will be conducive to short walks. Located in the heart of the Erdre Valley, on the edge of the Provostière pond classified Natura 2000, you will be spoiled for choice to explore all the hiking trails.
