Baker's House with heated/covered pool

Domaine des Forges offers this cottage which is for 4 people and has a living/dining room where you can meet at 12 people, if you are more than 4 people sleeping, in addition to the 2 bedrooms of the cottage, it is possible to have up to 4 additional bedrooms right in front of the cottage "see explanations and details below". It is essential to contact me before booking, in order to validate the number of people as well as the distribution of beds. A special offer will be made as needed. The space You will enjoy this lovely house for its calm and stone. This former Forges bakery with its bread oven transformed into a small fireplace, will be a perfect accommodation for couples, families (with kids). Guests can prepare their meals in the fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Meals can be enjoyed inside or on the terrace, while enjoying the garden and countryside. The living room can accommodate a maximum of 12 people, seated for meals. The necessary equipment will be made available to you according to your needs. The 2 bedrooms are accommodated for up to 4 people. A cot is provided if needed. The house also houses two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower, as well as 2 toilets, 1 on the ground floor and the other upstairs. If you are more than 4, no problem, we have 4 individual bedrooms right in front of the cottage at 20 meters including 2 double bedrooms "1 double bed" and 2 family bedrooms "1 double bed and 2 single beds on the mezzanine" all with shower room and toilet. The best way to ensure availability is to contact us before any reservation. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the rental amount. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants or available with an additional fee on site (€75). Please bring your own pool towels. The swimming pool, terrace and garden are secured by a veranda closed at night and by a hedge around the garden of this one. Please note for last minute bookings that the indoor pool takes a little time to return to temperature from 27 to 29°c. Outside of the period from April to September inclusive, please ask us beforehand about opening the pool during your stay. The pool is always open and heated during school holidays, Christmas and New Year. You can park on site. Smoking is not allowed inside. A deposit of 500 euros will also be requested by "not cashed" check and returned on your departure. Guest access The pool which is shared will be open from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm non stop. It's an indoor pool that's heated. Other things to note The park of 5 ha enclosed, will be conducive to small walks. Located in the heart of the Erdre Valley, at the edge of the Natura 2000 Provostière pond, you will only have choice to explore all the hiking trails.
