The space Casa Mia is a small property within walking distance of the renowned Terme di Lurisia (5 minutes on foot). It is ideal for those who want to stay away from traffic but close to services. Guest access All guests of the studio will be entitled to a parking space inside the parking lot of the "Le Fonti" residence. All common areas such as the corridors, the lobby and the landing must be kept clean and tidy. We accept that guests bring their small 4-legged friends with them as long as they always behave in a civil manner towards the house and all the common areas with other tenants. We have no prohibitions, but we require all our kind guests to ALWAYS behave in a civil manner and to leave the property as it was found.
