Beautiful apartment /Tyrolean mountains/Walchsee

Small, charming apartment for 1–2 people, in a quiet location and within walking distance, just 15–20 minutes to the center of Walchsee. A rural idyll: in summer, swimming in Lake Walchsee and countless hiking opportunities, mountain biking in the beautiful Kaiserwinkl, and in winter, ski touring, downhill skiing, and cross-country skiing. In Walchsee as well as in Kaiserwinkl there is a variety of regional inns, restaurants and also shops for everyday needs... And trips to Kitzbühel, Kufstein, Innsbruck, Salzburg, and Munich! The space Just to the right after the entrance is a small bathroom with sink, shower and toilet (hair dryer,shampoo and bath towels are provided). Furthermore, you can get to the kitchen-living room. Here there is a simple cooking facility, fridge, microwave and coffee maker /pods(available). There is also a table with seating for several people. The sleeping gallery can be reached via a narrow staircase up. A 1.40-meter bunk bed is available here; the sofa bed can be provided as an additional sleeping option at any time – extra charge of €25 per night/person – payable on site! A wide closet, TV, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge, and if needed, there is a washing machine and laundry detergent. You can park for free next to the front door, in front of the garage. Smoking only in front of the house, next to the front door - no parties either! This apartment is not suitable for children! Our house is a quaint Tyrolean wooden house and therefore also slightly clairaudient. Please always close the skylight when you leave the apartment! Very important! It can rain suddenly in the mountains! By the way: we have excellent spring water of our own for drinking. And close ALL windows before you leave the apartment when heating! Thank you! Guest access Our guests have the entire, lockable apartment... thus privacy is ensured. The use of the garden is also allowed. There is a cozy quiet area for sitting, enjoying, and eating in the back garden, You can get there through the garage, which can be opened using the gray toggle switch! Other things to note Important: The local tourist tax of 2.60 euros per person/night is not included in the price! Please fill out the guest card and pay the local tourist tax per person per night in cash upon checkout or transfer the amount to me. You will receive the Kaiserwinkl Card and enjoy numerous advantages, such as reduction on ski passes, partly free parking, free Postbus in the Kaiserwinkl region, free swimming fun on Lake Walch (Ostufer), etc. Tourist office TEL: +43/501100 !
