The space The offer is for the rental of the entire house. A cozy house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a kitchenette. The rooms are located on the ground floor and first floor of a small house, near a forest, away from the main road, and therefore quiet and free from noise, hustle and bustle, and street traffic. Decorated in an original style and fully equipped. Located in Jankowice, just 6 km from Energylandia. The attractive location, furnishings, favorable layout, and interesting design create a sense of comfort and convenience. IT IS POSSIBLE TO RENT THE WHOLE HOUSE EXCLUSIVELY! It's not possible to rent a house for a bachelor party! Guest access There are 3 bedrooms (for 2, 3 and 4-6 people) available to guests. 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchenette are common and shared areas. Guests can use the seating area in the garden, BBQ grill, and sun loungers. We also offer large heated garden hot tubs at a price of PLN 400 per night. If you want to rent them for yourself, you must inform the host in advance (48 hours). Due to the close proximity of neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 10:00pm and 6:00am. The owners' house is located on the same property. Other things to note The day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM. However, if we don't have guests the day before or the day after, you can stay longer if needed. We have free coffee and tea for our guests. We also recommend our tap water, which comes from a crystalline spring, tastes great, and is rich in minerals beneficial for health and beauty ;-) Day in apartment starts at 3.00 p.m. and finish at 11 a.m. next day.
