Perfect, private location above Reil (Reilerhals)

This a large and spacious house located on top of the hill overlooking Reil. The house has wonderful views below of the vineyards and river Mosel. Behind the house are forests. A quiet location that gives accessibility to walking in the area and with the village being a walk down through the vineyards. Please note there is not an electric charging point at the house to charge electric vehicles. If you wish to charge an electric car, please contact in advance to arrange the fee. The space Please note that a local tourist tax has been introduced in 2024 with a daily fee of 90 cents per person per night. This needs to be left at the house following the stay for me to then send to the local authority. Further details on this guest tax can be seen on Verbansgemeinde Traben Trabach website. Guest access Cellar is a wine cellar and is designed to be damp. This is therefore not used and part of the listing. Other things to note Due to the high cost of oil, there will be an additional daily charge if heating is required. The current subsidised charge for this is 80 euros per day, which is payable on arrival. Also please be aware that the house is surrounded by nature with vineyards below and forests behind. Guests are politely reminded to close the doors to the outside , in order to stop field mice and lizards from coming inside!
