Studio in a quiet area of Vivonne, a stopover town located 10 minutes from Poitiers in the Vienne (86), between Futuroscope and Vallée des Singes. You will have at your disposal 1 kitchen area with kitchenette (hotplate/oven combined microwave-grill/Senseo...) and a living area with TV and double bed. Bathroom with jet shower and toilet. Small private garden with terrace The space The accommodation is a ground floor studio that includes a main room with kitchen area and sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Small private garden with terrace. Note: the accommodation communicates through a double interior door with a cottage that can accommodate up to 8 people, also for rent on Airbnb at the same address! Guest access Entire place Other things to note I do not charge a cleaning fee, so the studio must be left as clean as when you arrived :)) Additional cleaning possible. In case of breakage, please replace and let me know. The interior is non-smoking, but it is possible on the terrace. Pets are allowed upon prior request for an additional fee.
