Historical building with magnificent view

The house is located in a typical Sicilian building, in the historic center of Cammarata. Intimate and full of light (facing east), with a charming terrace and an incredible view of the city, the castle and the rooftops of Cammarata, where you can see, in the background, on clear days, the top of the majestic volcano Etna.  The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. It extends over a single level, consisting of a kitchen (fully equipped), a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The house is also equipped with a garage, where you can store bicycles, scooters or motorcycles. Guest access The house, although located in the historic center, is easily accessible by car with a convenient parking lot next to the building (as shown in the photo). Other things to note The recently renovated house is located in a typical Sicilian building in the city's historic center, about 680 m above sea level, on the slopes of the largest mountain in central-western Sicily.   The east-facing exposure allows you to enjoy one of the most evocative sunrises in Sicily. I hope that you, like me, can appreciate this small corner of Sicily ideal for healthy relaxation, away from metropolitan centers, ideal for writing, reading… or simply to enjoy a still authentic Sicily outside the circuits of mass tourism.  It is possible to take advantage, upon reservation, of a municipal indoor pool with adjoining SPA about 500 m from the apartment and a second (heated) pool with adjoining Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower, and whirlpool about 200 meters from the apartment.
