New house located in a quiet area, on the heights of Vouvray in the vineyards, 15 minutes from Tours, 16 km from Amboise. We welcome our guests in a spacious room on the ground floor with its private shower room (master suite) Warning for people with allergies: we have 2 cats and a dog. Close to the vineyards, the house is located near Tours and in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, ideal for relaxing in the open air and visiting historical places. On the ground floor: master suite that can accommodate 2 or 3 people (double bed and mattress on the floor, with its private shower room). Possibility of having 1 double bedroom per person: we have 2 bedrooms for rent (one on the ground floor and one upstairs) price accordingly (€40 per room). Wi-Fi, TV, large kitchen (fully equipped and if necessary you can help yourself to coffee, tea, butter... we'll make room in the fridge). You can enjoy the inside as well as the outside: terrace, petanque court and Molkky). The house is an ideal stopover for the Loire by bike, visiting the exceptional heritage of the surroundings or spending the night after a wedding next door. I know the area well because I'm a native of the area and could advise you on your visits with pleasure. Guest access The house is the one behind the hangar, the path to get there is the one on the right, you can park right in front of the house without any problems.
