Ideal green tourism, outdoor activities and reconnection to the simple things of life. ⛰️☀️🌲❄️🐾🍂🪶 The space 19m2 wooden trailer on our property of 4 hectares. Bedding alcove bed (140/190 Bultex mattress). Kitchen area equipped with a double gas hob, a mini fridge, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster,raclette machine, fondue maker. Dishware necessary. Salt, pepper and vinaigrette (no oil on site, cooking with oil and frying prohibited in the accommodation). Coffee, tea and sugar to kick off your stay. Separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Linens and bathroom linen provided. Space insulated and heated by electric radiant heater. The exteriors are equipped with a wooden picnic table, a fire pit and two Adirondack resin armchairs. 🔹You can enjoy the charming brazier on a starry evening or for grilling (tripod grill provided on site) ✨ You can collect wild wood directly from the property or bring your charcoal (recommended for rainy stays). Self-contained 🔹stay, we make it a point of honor to respect your privacy. 🔹You are on a sled dog structure, if you book with us it is that you are fully aware of it and that it is not disturbing for you. 🔹On site you will have the pleasure of having our llama (Ginger) and our donkey (Lou) as neighbors, but you can also meet our other animals on the site (horses, cats, chickens) 🦙🫏🐈🐓🐎 Not to mention our sled dogs, we also offer the activity "meeting with the pack" for those of you who want to enjoy a special moment in contact with them. Discovery, exchange and canine complicity at the appointment. Accessible to all 🐾🌲☀️ Our little dogs are very cute but they are also alive, so they express themselves. They are usually noisy an hour a day when going out and feeding at the end of the day. They also make themselves heard during our active departures between September and April. Some of our guests may have the chance to see the trailer departure directly from the accommodation in season and enjoy the legendary will to go of sled dogs. Nordic dogs are known for their incredible pack songs at lunar twilight, let yourself be enchanted and enjoy the moment. Thank you for your understanding and kindness to them. 🔹Fresh eggs and dried porcini mushrooms on site. 🔹Access to the trailer is on foot for 60m from the parking lot. As a reminder, for health reasons and safety, outdoor pets are not allowed at our property. Check-in and check-out times are valid for both the accommodation and your presence on our property. Please respect them. Any late check-out or early check-out not agreed together beforehand will result in penalties. 🔹Winter info❄️: The national road to Lanarce is cleared of snow. From the village of Lanarce to our structure, access is by a small road, it is roughly cleared of snow once a day but being put on or equipped with chains or socks is essential. We remind you that our region is subject to the Mountain II law and that from November 1 and for the entire winter season (March 31) motorists taking a road in a mountain area will have to bring their vehicle with adequate equipment. We disclaim all liability to our guests who would not be equipped accordingly. Guest access Guests can enjoy the property (forest and green spaces) while respecting the safety guidelines for the various animals present on it. The area in front of our home remains private as well as this one of course. Other things to note ⚠️The Orange telephone operator has poor coverage in the area. ⚠️The fridge is a mini fridge (visible in the photos, you are aware of this when you book the accommodation). ⚠️The hot water tank is proportional to the size of the accommodation, it produces almost instantaneously and recharges after 30 minutes, to avoid unpleasant surprises, avoid doing dishes before showering or taking two long showers in a row. ⚠️You are also informed several times that you are on a dog sledding structure, yes they are beautiful and cute. But above all they are alive so indeed they express themselves at the time of feeding in general at the end of the day and during our activity departures. Please also respect the guidelines related to animal welfare, therefore do not harass our dogs. (Instructions on the trailer table).
