A self-contained Studio Apartment/Casita (a secondary unit to the main house) 6’ desk, wifi and 40” diag TV complete with living room with an alcove style bedroom: (Sleeps up to 4 people and under): 1 Cal king bed and 1 extra-large queen size loft above king bed. Can accommodate 6 total by opening an adjoining additional bedroom and bath with a Cal King bed for an additional charge. Accommodations tout the main AC with UV air cleaner and scrubber and supplementary mini-AC for those who like colder temps in suite. On suite: bathroom with glass shower, vanity and washer and dryer. The main space: 42” HDTV cable, Wi-Fi, and a DRY kitchenette: 30” wide Refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, hot water kettle,blender,Microwave/convection/air fryer oven combo. No full-on stove inside but Supplemented with the grille and pizza oven outdoors and dining table seating capacity for 10! Additionally, if guests want to cook in a crock pot, or smaller appliances, please inquire! We can accommodate most requests. Dishes and utensils included. Dishes can be rotated for clean ones (a-La-room service style) Just ask! If you don’t like to spend time cooking , you are only a walk away from fabulous restaurants in Old Town La Quinta! AND most of our guests like to focus on leisure, golf, and sights, opting to warm pre-prepared foods bought at nearby Trader Joe’s , Costco and Ralphs, or using door dash. Clothing storage: armoire closet dresser and extra garment rack as needed. Guests entrance is just feet away from the private pool, tanning shelf, and Jacuzzi. The property is at the end of the cul de sac and surrounded by a full height block privacy wall! Great Mountain View’s, lots of sun shine, and warm desert weather at its best! Walkable and bicycle friendly Custom home neighborhood! Guest access Private and own entrance, Access to pool, outdoor seating area and fire pit are shared spaces. Pool: during months of Oct- April: heating pool: although the days are usually warm here, the temp of pool takes on the temperatures of the evenings. We will request $75 (for short stays) additional for heating the pool higher than 85 degrees during the stay. Jacuzzi is free 2 nights a week. Please let owners know if you will Not be using the pool or jacuzzi. Use of pool for months OCT -APRIL ($ 200 per mo. for monthly stays) Jacuzzi is free. Only outdoor areas including pool and jacuzzi may be shared by owner and/ or guests occupying main house. Outdoor BBQ grille and pizza oven is available Accommodations are within Walking distance to "Old Town" La Quinta with quaint shops and restaurants and only 2 miles to the nearest theatre, Target, Trader Joe’s, Walmart spas. Other things to note Suited for Golfers and Coachella festivals lovers alike. Self contained and gated for guest use. If Coachella guests wish to have their own means of transportation, are encouraged to reserve well in advance for the electric bike rentals in my tour book. Otherwise owner will offer transport to the Indian Palms CC whereby giving you a worry free exclusive and uncrowded drop off and pick up point from (across the street from festival grounds) each day on a mutually agreeable time. Pilates, deep stretch, dance classes, etc. are available for reasonable drop-in rates. Please ask we will provide literature if you wish. Did you know you can rent electric bikes with Pedigo or village peddler with daily rates and include drop off and pickup. We had many Coachella and Stagecoach guests enjoy this form of trouble free fun Transportaion. Shuttle Buses and bus stops are available to and back from the festival grounds. Please inquire about owner perks and parking in the resort across the street from festival /polo grounds. We have a condo in Indian palms CC that is literally across the street from Coachella and stage coach. Please feel free to inquire how you can park or stay there. IMPORTANT UPDATE: per La Quinta Ordinances: Quiet hours: 10 PM -8 AM. NO outdoor amplified music or loud noises, we have a quiet neighborhood.
