The farmhouse gîte

Hubert and Claudine welcome you to their gite, which is adjoining their home. "The Mas cottage", an old farmhouse dating from 1829 renovated by their care. It is located 2 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. It is located on a southeast slope offering views of the green nature, in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park. The cottage has an area of 75 m2 consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space This room serves three bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 5 single beds. In addition, there are 2 shower rooms/toilets, each with a walk-in shower and a sink. Equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher (tablets not provided). There is a raclette grill and a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto). The capacity of the cottage is 4 to 9 people. The price of the cottage is calculated based on 4 people; each additional person is 28 euros. Everything is included for your comfort. One clarification: Airbnb service fees are not included in our prices; they depend directly on the platform. You can enjoy the outdoors thanks to a terrace and a pétanque court for long games with friends and family. The decor has been carefully thought out to make each of you feel comfortable, like at home. Both in summer and summer, activities are available near the gîte to entertain both children and adults. From February to June, you can enjoy late check-out until 2 p.m. (based on availability) for only an additional €20. Please don't hesitate to contact us before your arrival to request it. Thank you.
