Any questions? Ask us😉, we're here to help. The space The apartment is decorated with attention to detail. Sleeps up to 4 people (counting adults and children equally). It has everything you need to enjoy a few days in total comfort: - Bed linen and towels for guests. Bed linen for the sofa/bed will ONLY be provided for bookings of MORE than 2 people. - Bathroom: gel, shampoo, hair dryer, and hair straighteners. - Kitchen: kitchenware, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, blender, stove (ceramic), refrigerator with freezer and microwave/oven. - Living room: with table and chairs for 4 people, and relaxation area with 50' TV. The house has a great 40m² terrace where you can rest, with sunshine throughout most of the day, and magical sunsets to enjoy while having an appetizer before going out to dine at a typical grill in the area. Also included is the private use of a parking space (approximate measurements: 220cm high, 240cm wide, 460cm long) and storage room (on request), with direct access to the building, great for leaving surfboards and wetsuits after a great day of surfing in Somo (5min.)Loredo (10min.), Langre (12min.)... or the bag of golf clubs with everything ready for a great game at the Real Golf de Pedreña, or at the La Junquera golf course. Other things to note TRAVELING WITH BABIES? We have a crib and high chair. If needed, please request in advance to have it ready. ARE YOU TRAVELING IN SEVERAL GROUPS? Our other apartment LA ROTIZA III (4 people max.): It has two separate rooms with a double bed facing east, a private bathroom with a window facing north, a full kitchen and a living room facing west with spectacular views (skyline) of Santander Bay. 2nd floor with elevator.
