THE VILLA is spread over three levels. The ground floor consists of two living rooms with a fireplace, sofa bed, television; a dining room; a well-equipped kitchen; a bathroom with a shower and a half bathroom; a laundry room - ironing room and a cellar. The sleeping area is spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, where there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and two other bedrooms - one double and one single - that share a bathroom with bathtub and shower. In the central body of the upper floors there is also an independent APARTMENT which is accessed from the typical external stone staircase. On the 1st floor there is the entrance with dining room, cooking area and living room with fireplace; on the upper floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub. Outside, the large garden surrounding the villa is equipped with furniture to relax in the open air; the facade is enriched with a large and functional lemon house ideal for enjoying excellent dinners, while the beautiful swimming pool offers refreshment on hot summer days and an enchanting view of the vineyards, olive groves and the places of the historic battle of Trasimeno fought between the Carthaginian leader Hannibal and the Romans. Totally independent, but not isolated, Villa Eugenio allows you to reach shops and restaurants in a few minutes by car and is an excellent starting point for nature lovers who can devote themselves to pleasant nature excursions.
