La Vista is a small apartment of 50mq approx immersed in a beautiful corner of our countryside. It is part of a biological winery where an incredible Chianti Wine is produced. The apartment allows our guests to relax and enjoy the pure essence of Nature. A small beautiful swimming pool overlooking the valley and the mountains makes you feel the owner of the world The space “La Vista” is one of the 3 independent apartments which are part of the GRATENA Winery on the hills of a beautiful corner of our Tuscan countryside. The view is breathtaking, the small swimming pool is the perfect corner for those who really want to relax and enjoy the simplicity of life! Guest access Our guests will find themselves in a real corner of paradise, the location of the Farm is such as to ensure absolute tranquility and relaxation. Children are welcome and on request we provide the little ones with a cot and a high chair if requested. Guests have access to the swimming pool overlooking the woods and the valley. The view from here is simply wonderful, the eye ranges from Valdarno to Pratomagno, from Arezzo to Valdichiana to the Chianti hills... Guests can access the common areas without any problem, they will find themselves in the open countryside and there will also be the desire to take long walks on foot or by bike. Gratena provides 2 bicycles. Our guests can use the barbecue and outdoor tables to eat easily. Guests have a wine tasting included in the price BUT ONLY ON PREVIOUS REQUEST Other things to note All guests have an outdoor table where they can eat. A barbecue area is also available La vista has a privacy 100% because is behind the winey without any other apartments nearby The Vista does not have air conditioning, but not being in the city and being in the open countryside does not seem to be important.
