Apartment in a quiet residential area near the lagoon, secure residence with private parking, nice balcony overlooking a wooded park, not overlooked, boulodrome. Immediate proximity to many activities: Aqualand, bike path... as well as shops. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided from September to June inclusive. The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small 3-story small residence. 25 m2 area, refurbished. The apartment has a nice 8 m2 balcony overlooking a wooded park, not overlooked, where you can eat in peace. It is south-facing and enjoys exceptional sunshine. The beach is 200 m away (direct access from the park). Ideal for 2 people, perfect for 3, (2 adults with 1 child for example). Other things to note As we do not charge a cleaning fee, we thank our guests in advance for returning the apartment as clean as it was when they arrived.
