25 m² studio with fully equipped kitchenette - kettle, toaster and filter machine. A seating area for 3 people, bathroom with a flat shower. Towels are changed twice a week. 160 cm wide double bed. TV and free Wi-Fi. In front of the door begins the terrace and lawn, overlooking the Reifnitz Bay. Sun loungers and garden furniture are provided. Not suitable for people with disabilities The space Our house is surrounded by a large garden with flowers, vegetables and fruit trees. With a good harvest, there is something for everyone. Our guests feel particularly comfortable there. Guest access The sauna in the garden house is available to all guests in the off-season between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m. You can choose between Finnish and infrared sauna. For a minimum stay of one week, a 3-hour sauna visit is free. Otherwise we charge €15 for 3 hours. 2 towels/person will be provided.
