25 m² studio with fully equipped kitchenette - kettle, toaster and filter machine. A seating area for 3 people, bathroom with flat shower. Towels are changed twice a week. 160 cm wide double bed. TV and free Wi-Fi. The terrace and sunbathing lawn begin in front of the door, overlooking the Reifnitz Bay. Sun loungers and garden furniture are provided. Not handicapped accessible The space Our house is surrounded by a large garden with flowers, vegetables and fruit trees. With a good harvest, there is something for everyone. Our guests feel particularly comfortable there. Guest access The sauna in the garden cottage is available to all guests in the off-season between 11 am and 7 pm. You can choose between a Finnish and infrared sauna. For a minimum stay of one week, a 3-hour sauna visit is free. Otherwise, we charge €15.00 for 3 hours. 2 towels/person will be made available at no cost.
