Gîte in an old restored farm 5 km from the village, and a few km walk from the sea, ideal for relaxing and hiking or biking. Many migratory birds fly over and land on the equestrian estate. The gîte is in the heart of the property, surrounded by animals, horses, cats, goats. The space The cottage is about 50 m2 with the master bedroom on the mezzanine on a double height living room (1 bed of 160 + 2 single beds). There is a bedroom downstairs with 1 3-person bunk bed and 1 single bed. Bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor and separate toilet. Open kitchen with bar. A cellar with plenty of storage and a large closet. Other things to note In winter, a supplement of €10/day is requested for heating to be paid on-site. For your equines (barefoot), meadows are available for rent. Price: €15/day per horse in the meadow with hay and water at will. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation as well as in the outdoor equestrian areas (stable, hay shed...) Linens and towels are optional at €15 for single beds and €30 for double beds. pets possible on request (dogs to be kept on a leash in the area because there are free-range chickens, as well as cats, and horses…)
