Hudson 19th Century Rowhouse

A 19th century rowhouse 2 blocks from Warren Street and 10 minute walk from the Hudson Amtrak station. Located on a quiet and safe part of State Street, this 2-story house sleeps 4 people with fast wifi, workspace, Samsung Smart TV, bedding, bath towels and fully equipped kitchen. Note exterior entry door has Ring camera installed outside. The space The inside of the house has been partially renovated with many original details intact and the facade has been recently restored. Built in the 1870s in the Italianate style, the rowhouse is very sunny with two stories: On the first floor there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom; on the second floor are two bedrooms and an office / dressing room with a desk and chair. The kitchen is set up and equipped for light cooking. Newly renovated bathroom has towels, hand soap, shower soap, Q-tips and a Frette terry cloth bathrobe. Upstairs, the larger bedroom has a King size Serta Vera Wang luxury pillowtop mattress (plush top over firm) and the second bedroom has a Queen size Nest organic mattress (medium firm). There is a view of the garden, however the backyard and basement are not yet accessible to guests. Last but not least, the WiFi / broadband is very strong ... great for Zoom meetings or watching shows on your laptop. Standard checkin is 2PM; checkout is 10AM. Late checkout is available based on availability and must be requested/approved prior to checkin date. The late check out fee is $50 for a 2 PM check out or $90 for 6 PM check out. Guest access Guests have access to the first and second floors. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor; the two bedrooms and office are on the second floor. The Living Room has a Samsung Smart flat screen TV. Kitchen has a full size fridge, stove and sink, and is stocked with glasses, mugs, dishes, flatware and cookware. There is a teapot, press coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. Upstairs, the larger Master bedroom has a King size bed, Serta medium firm luxury mattress, Company Store down duvet, white all cotton bedsheets, Company Store feather/down bed pillows, night tables with lamps and a small closet with hangers and extra bed blankets/pillows. The second bedroom has a Nest organic mattress (medium firm), down duvet, white all cotton bedsheets, down/feather pillows, a bedside table and lamps. The private office / dressing room has a valet chair, Williams Sonoma desk, desk chair, desk lamp, tall mirror and upholstered armchair (the closet in the sitting room is not for use). A second small closet with hangers is in the second floor hall just outside the second bedroom. There is a view of the garden from the back windows, but the backyard and basement are not for guest use. Other things to note Night Parking Rules on State Street: Between 12:00 Midnight to 8:00 AM on all streets within the City of Hudson unless otherwise posted, parking is allowed on odd side of street on odd days and on even side of the street on even days.
