Marfolín is a spacious, exclusive and modern detached building built in 2006 in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. With its structure in ele totally facing the sea and composed of three floors with only 36 apartments, located right on the beach, with its own gardens, stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and direct access to the beach exclusively for guests of the Marfolín building. Located on the middle level of the building, this apartment with its single floor is very functional and cozy. It has a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a chill-out area with incredible views of the pools and the beach to enjoy idyllic sunsets. It has a spacious and bright living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a panoramic ocean view. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, and toaster. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. It has a safe, satellite TV, and parking inside the building. Smoking is allowed on the terraces, not inside the house. Guest access Marfolín has a large swimming pool (approximately 250 m2) for the exclusive use of owners and residents, ideal for children, as it has a shallow part. For the little ones there is a second, independent children's pool. Around the pools there is a large area for sunbathing with sun loungers and attractive gardens, with a constant community maintenance service we are in the perfect setting for an excellent family vacation or a romantic getaway.
