This is a cozy bedroom with its own attached bathroom/shower within a 4bedroom/3bathroom house. As it shows in the picture, it has one queen size bed in the room. Start your vacation day in our relaxing backyard with tropical flair and get inspired for your exiting travel plans in and around San Diego Area, or just relax after a stressful day. My Husband and I will gladly make sight seeing suggestions, if asked. The space We are centrally located between the I 805 and the I 15 as well as the 163 to downtown and the I 8 towards Sea World and beaches. Mission and Fashion valley is 5 -10 min drive. Within walking distance there are stores, gas stations, restaurants, gym and coffee shop. Guest access Please feel free to enjoy the outdoor living room and around the pool area as well as using the pool in the seasonal times. The Jacuzzi is not included. Please ask prior to possible using the pool table. As for the kitchen: Feel free to do light cooking and hang around the counter top or kitchen table to eat. Cooking essential like pots and pans and dishes as well as margarine or butter or oil is all available. Please clean up after your cooking , including the stove and countertops etc. As you walk into the house there is a small counter to the left with a single coffee maker and pods or if you prefer a French press I will leave it out there. You can also place your dry food on that small counter if you like. There is a tea drawer in the kitchen under the electric kettle. In your room you have a small fridge with its own small freezer compartment . If you need something please let me know, I might have it. During your stay We do however the guest prefers. Wayne and I are pretty friendly people who like to talk and share stories. Other things to note Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Our house is not infant/toddler prove, but I do have a travel crib and high chair if needed. We have 1 older cat which sometimes follows me around but mostly stays away from strangers. He is a little spoiled and might meow to be let out that kitchen door entrance even so he has his cat door there. Four years ago we added a cute Puppy (Pudelpointer) to our family, which is house trained and will have it's "place" in the living room . During the daytime he is outside in his kennel. The Airbnb entrance is through the wooden side entrance gate to the right as you walk up our driveway and has a keyless door with a code for self check in. Registration Details STR-06223L, 624444
