"La cabane d'ici" is a charming house typical of Cap Ferret with all the comforts and ecological materials. Located a few hundred meters from the Arcachon basin and its coastal trail. This house was designed as a peaceful haven where you can relax in peace, unwind in a neat setting. The location allows you to explore the basin on foot, by bicycle or by car and to see the tourist places that make our region famous. The house is intended for 5 people. It includes a large living room of 35 square meters with fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven...) and living room. This very bright space overlooks a large south-facing terrace of 40 m², part of which is covered with a large outdoor table for family lunches. Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation BEDROOM 1: 16 sqm space with 140 X 200 bed, 2 dressers. Duvet and pillows available. SHOWER ROOM 1 with toilet - The marine-colored bathroom with a walk-in shower will help you end your day with a soothing shower after a good sunbath. Hairdryer available. If you come as a family, it is a paradise for children or teenagers because they are quiet in this fairly large space. In addition, a desk and a small TV only connected to a Chromecast box that allows you to share your computer or smartphone on the TV or console. The heating is electric but for fun and a super warm atmosphere a wood stove has just been installed. Mosquito nets are available in the bedrooms and living room. OUTDOOR AREA – The terrace of about 65 m² is south-facing and furnished with an outdoor dining table, chairs, a bench, sun loungers and a roller blind, and a covered area with a hammock. another terrace at the bottom of the plot at the level of the more shaded garden hut. From the first rays of sunshine you can have a meal outside and have a barbecue (weber). Relax and chat over a beautiful seafood platter. The land is 800 m² without facing a neighbor, with a parking space inside. PLANTS AND WILDLIFE – "La cabane d'ici" is located in a small residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac with nearby natural landscapes and the Château du Domaine de Certes, a place of cultural life in summer and also a place to start visits to the ornithological park with or without naturalist guides... We take care of our garden with a variety of shrubs. In the early morning and evening, above our house you can see birds. From time to time, you can see deer at the bottom of the garden bordering the woods. We are originally from the basin, it is our secondary home 2 hours from our place of life and work.
