The space The property is well-maintained and spacious and features disabled access to the ground floor, which includes a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower cubicle. Luxuriously appointed throughout to provide a contemporary comfortable accommodation, this four bedroom property comprises 1 king size en-suite bedroom upstairs which also has a small double sofa bed, 1 double en-suite bedroom downstairs, as well as 1 twin and 1 triple bedroom (enabling us to sleep up to 9 guests) both upstairs. The twin and triple bedrooms share a large family bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The house has a large, bright kitchen/dining/lounge area. Guests can meet, relax and watch the flow of the River Tay from the picture window. There is a large island for cooking and food preparation, the modern kitchen has integrated dishwashers, electric induction hob, refrigeration and fan ovens. Just off the kitchen is a utility room with washing and drying facilities and an area for storing boots and wet jackets. Guest access The house is only an hour from the championship course at St Andrews and 25 minutes from Gleneagles. There are also a number of beautiful golf courses nearby.
