You’ll love this little cottage oasis Guest access Our entire 1 bedroom is included in this rental. It has a large primary bedroom with a gas fireplace. Attached is the living room with a double sleeper sofa and flat screen tv. The kitchen includes a full range, dishwasher, a French door style fridge with ice maker. The bathroom has a washer and dryer for your convenience. We are happy for you to bring small children/baby but don't have all the equipment required. There is a pack n play in the condo. We can put you in touch with Telluride Sitters who can rent further equipment and have babysitters for you. Just note that there is a gas fireplace in the bedroom so children will need supervision while in our place to keep them safe. Other things to note Summer Festivals: Some Summer festival have a barricade on the road into town. This limits the number of cars due to the limited parking. At the barricade you may need to collect a temporary entry pass in order to get to the condo. The virtual parking pass we provide allows you legal street parking during these periods but cannot be guaranteed, please plan accordingly. Please obey the street parking signs at all times, we cannot be held responsible for fines imposed. Parking is extremely limited during large festivals and events and our place is right in the center of town so you might have to park a few blocks away. Please be reminded; our towels and linens are not festival blankets. Please bring your own picnic blankets for festival use. Winter notice: snow removal will alternate sides of the street please read the sign and move your car accordingly. If town puts cones near your car you will have to move it so they can plow. PLEASE respect our neighbors, this is a quiet 4plex and noise travels.
