Bed and breakfast in Béziers

The spare room is a comfortable mini room overlooking the courtyard through 2 windows, located at one end of my 130 m2 apartment. Designed for short stays and for a single person, it has a 90*200 mattress (Emma Mattress brand - 25 cm thick) on a bed base. A desk and a water point are available in the room. Sea rush on the floor. Sheets/bath towels are included. Note: a cat 🐈‍⬛ lives in the apartment. The space La Maison Des Copains opens its doors for your stays in Béziers. This is a large apartment in a shared apartment. The three double bedrooms are rented year-round in 2025/2026 by three women aged 20 to 29. On the 3rd floor of a Haussmann building, the Maison des Copains is ideally located in the heart of the city, in close proximity to the Paul Riquet alleys and the bus station, and 20 minutes by car from the nearest beaches. Check-in time: 1 p.m. - 7 p.m. Checkout time: 11 a.m. at the latest For any request to arrive outside the scheduled check-in times, please ask me, I can sometimes arrange it for you according to my schedule requirements, but not systematically. Guest access Guests have access to the bathroom, toilet and balcony. For common areas, we remind you to respect other guests. So please avoid cooking or taking a shower after 11 p.m. and before 7 a.m. During your stay I am reachable and responsive through Airbnb messaging. Please use written communication. If necessary, I'll call you back. Other things to note As the apartment is located on the third floor without elevator access, it is advisable not to carry heavy loads to get to it. In case of a very heavy suitcase, the best solution is to divide the contents into bags and carry it up in several trips.
