Charming Cottage perfect for Conwy and Snowdonia

Charming dog friendly cottage overlooking the beautiful village of Llanfair Talhaiarn, nestled in the Welsh countryside five miles south of Abergele, home of Gwrych Castle in North Wales. It is perfect for families or friends who wish to explore the stunning Welsh scenery, from Conwy and the sweeping coastline to the picturesque mountains of Snowdonia. The lounge is equipped with a log burning stove, with board games and streaming services available, and it is furnished to a high specification. The space Situated on the top of a slope with stunning village and hill views, the Cottage is charming and cosy, but is newly refurbished and fitted with high-spec appliances. The living room is ideal for sitting and warming yourself after a long day, with a delightful log-burning stove that can make the coldest of days nice and toasty. There is a TV, with Netfix and Amazon Prime TV, and there is also an extensive DVD and book collection you can use. The kitchen has traditional Welsh slate floors, and includes a dining area for entertaining, and a brand-new and well-equipped kitchen. It has a washer-dryer, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer and oven. The bathroom is fitted with a traditional enamel bathtub, and electric shower. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The large master bedroom comes with an en suite and shower and a comfy double bed, and the other double boasts beautiful views into the garden and the Church (accessed through the third bedroom.). The third bedroom is most suited to a child and overlooks the delightful village. As well as having the whole Welsh countryside at your fingertips, the Cottage has its own tranquil outdoor hideaway. The conservatory at the back of the house leads into a peaceful patio, with a BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating. To note: The Cottage is accessible via a slope. The garden is also built on a slope and the surfaces are slightly uneven at times. Guest access Guests (including upto 2 dogs) will have the entire cottage to themselves. Other things to note The second bedroom is accessed through the third bedroom.
