This charming Devon self-catering holiday cottage offers a comfortable stay with sea views and a log burner and is found at the edge of the village green in East Prawle on the South coast of Devon. For peak periods - the cottage is available by the week - Friday to Friday. 2-week stays are available - please get in touch for a price. Out of peak periods, the cottage is available for short stays of 2 nights or more typically starting on a Friday. Please contact us with your requirements. The space Originally built as a fisherman's cottage in the middle of the 19th century, it has been lovingly restored to a high standard - retaining many original features. Looking out over fields to the sea, the cottage is light and airy during the day and the log burner in the sitting room is ideal for cosy evenings in. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and a dining area - or eat outside on the patio area and take advantage of a warm evening. Accommodation is provided for up to 8. The beds are made up with good linen. 1 King en-suite bedroom, 1 double bed room and 2 twin bedded room with single beds - please note that there is steep access with handrails to the 2 top floor rooms. Bath, Beach or Hand towels are NOT provided. Bed linen is provided. Tea towels are provided. Dishwasher @ other kitchen cleaning supplies are included. Basic ingredients (salt, pepper etc. are usually there). A local shop is open during the spring/summer/autumn for many necessities. Guest access The whole house and garden is yours to access. Other things to note Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £15 per dog. We respectfully request you clean up after your dog(s) on the property. Electric heating throughout the cottage. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms. Blackout blinds in the two first-floor double bedrooms. Steep stair access to the two top-floor twin bedrooms. Narrow on one of them. A first basket of logs is provided for the living room log burner.
