Your accommodation (about 54 m2 and spacious loggia) is located directly on Lake Ossiach with direct beach and lake access for residents. It consists of an anteroom, a small kitchen, a spacious living room with sofa bed (extendable), a bedroom and separate toilet and bathroom. On the loggia you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. From the underground parking space you come directly to the third floor to your accommodation. In winter, radiators are heated! The space The beach is characterized by a large lawn, two walkways and a playground incl. volleyball court and ping pong table (rackets and balls can be found in the accommodation). In the basement compartment, sun loungers and parasols are ready for you to sunbathe. In addition, there is a tennis court on the complex, which can be used for a fee. During the summer months, the baker sells his goods directly in the complex.
