The apartment is on a wide street and a few meters away there is a nice public park, a public parking, supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The apartment is close to the Hospital Sant Joan de Deu. DESCRIPTION: It is a third floor with elevator, measures 70m2 and can sleep up to 6 people. It has 3 double rooms, there are 6 single beds in total and 1 bathroom. It is a very quiet apartment, without noise, with lots of light and has a balcony. It is fully furnished and ready to move in. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. AMENITIES: TV, refrigerator, washer, iron and ironing board, oven, Micro-wave, toaster, juice squeezer, coffee and tea pots and all necessary equipment for cooking. Towels, blankets and bed linens are provided. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: It is very well connected to the center of Barcelona. There is Metro (stop Can Vidalet, L5, blue line), tram (Trambaix, stop Ca n'Oliveres), Ronda Litoral (exit nº 13, Electricitat), Buses and the highway A-2. The apartment is close to the Hospital Sant Joan de Deu Barcelona which is located in Esplugues de Llobregat (Barcelona). The EP1 bus stop is very close to the apartment and takes you directly in a few minutes to the Hospital San Juan de Dios Barcelona (Sant Joan de Deu). If you decide to send it, I will not accept it). -SHORT TERM RENTAL CONTRACT: When you book the apartment we require the name, surname, home address, nationality and passport numbers (a photocopy) of the guests who will be staying at the apartment and I will do a rental contract without extra fee. -NUMBER OF GUESTS: Only those named at time of reservation may use property and facilities and will appear in the rental contract. Guests are not allowed in the apartment. -ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION RATE: The electricity consumption included in the rental price is 20 kilowatts per day. If this amount is exceeded, the rate of €0.40 per extra kilowatt consumed is applied. There is an electricity consumption meter inside the apartment. The counter has three readings, 1.18.1, 1.18.2, and 1.18.3. The sum of the three readings provides the total kilowatts of electricity consumed. If you want to use the air conditioning or the electric heating you will have to pay a deposit in cash when you arrive at the apartment. It is a payment on account of the electricity consumption to be made. The difference will be returned at the end of the lease. -INVOICE: The taxes are not included in the listed rates so if you want an invoice you have to add 10% of VAT (taxes).
