Gîte de la Grande Maison

The gîte of the big house is located on the heights of Chevrières, adjoining our "big" house. It is an ideal place for lovers of calm and nature. Many activities in our area: St Antoine de l'Abbaye, Palais du Facteur Cheval, the petrifying fountains, Chambaran forest, Vercors… And of course in our region Saint-Marcellin cheese and Grenoble walnuts are available! You can find the info directly in the gîte 👍 The space *Price for 4 people + €10 per additional guest, please let us know if there's a change. *The accommodation has 3 bedrooms on 3 different floors accessible by two staircases (one of which is quite steep), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 shower rooms. The only toilet is on the same level as the first bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. *We provide pillows, duvets, and sheets. Please note: you will need to bring your own towels. *You are responsible for cleaning the property: vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the toilets and shower rooms, kitchen, oven, microwave, etc., even for one-night stays. The cottage must therefore be returned in the same clean condition as when you arrived: If this is not the case, an additional cleaning fee of €50 will be charged. *The cottage is non-smoking: ashtray available outside. *Check-in and Check-out: In order to ensure the best service for you, check-in will be from 4:00 pm. This is the reason why we ask our guests to vacate the cottage before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Indeed, this amplitude is necessary for us to ensure the preparation of the cottage. Flexible schedule. *We live there in case of a problem or non-compliance with the rules. *No parties allowed. * Pets allowed on request (no leaving dogs alone in the accommodation, no dogs that are reactive to cats/dogs/horses). *No noise between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. *Very weak mobile network.
