Located about 7mins (2nd Row) from one on of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Cheka villa carries that beauty within its walls and invites you relax and retreat. The villa is clean, spacious and furnished to give you a blissful holiday. The villa has enough space for your family and friends. Two lounge areas to relax and enjoy your meals, one down stairs and one on the top floor. A total of four bedrooms: two bedrooms have king beds and each bed can be shared by two guests. Another bedroom has twin beds, and the fourth bedroom, located upstairs, has a double bed. The lounge upstairs is large and has two separate areas to relax on daybeds, work on your laptop, or play board games. Enjoy the pool at any time during your stay with us. The deep end is 2.7m deep so great for morning or evening laps. Please be cautious of children and learners around the pool, as there is no life-guard on duty at any time. The pool is shared with one neighbour, but big enough for everyone. When you're ready for the big & beautiful ocean, we're a 7 minute walk to the beach. We're situated in a quiet neighborhood, the perfect place to unwind, sit by the pool and enjoy your cool drink. The kitchen is self-catering and well equipped. We have a chef available on request for an additional fee. Bedding, towels and cleaning services are included in the charges. We charge an extra cleaning fee during the long holiday season, usually Dec 22/22-January 10. The housekeeper cleans in the morning & leaves by 2pm. During your stay, the entire villa is for you --- not shared with other guests . The pool is occasionally shared with one other villa, but is large enough that you will not be in each other's way. A courteous and helpful housekeeper is available IN THE MORNING to clean the place and answer any immediate questions you may have. During your stay, we are available on air bnb messaging, phone and email. Diani beach (5-7mins walk away) is approximately 17km long, from the Kongo river in the north and Galu beach to the south. The water is shallow near shore, with some underwater sandbars near the surface which allow wading with a clear view of the sandy bottom. Inland from the beach, there is extensive vegetation, including numerous palm trees which cover the coastal areas. The area is known for coral reefs, black and white colobus monkeys and its proximity to Shimba Hills National Reserve, which overlooks the Indian Ocean. Diani is surprisingly green with much vegetation. This lushness allows ys ti enjoy an abundance of animals around the villa including bats, monkeys, millipedes and an array of colourful birds. These DO NOT ENTER the house or attack, but may be in the external lounge occasionally. Shuttles and buses are available from the train station to Diani. While in Diani you can walk, use tuktuks (Kes50-100 to most locations) or hire a taxi to get around. - Charges indicated are per guest per night.
