Our cozy apartment in Schliersee-Neuhaus is located between Lake Schliersee and Lake Spitzingsee surrounded by a beautiful mountain backdrop. It is wonderfully quiet with fantastic views of the mountains. Both as accommodation for the home office and for your next vacation in the mountains - we are looking forward to welcoming you to our apartment. The space The 50 sqm apartment consists of a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room (also as 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 80 × 200 cm usable), kitchen-living room with small sitting area for 4 people or for the home office, bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate entrance area. There is good Wi-Fi reception. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment. There is tiled flooring in the kitchen and oak parquet in the living/bedrooms. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the Wendelstein. The apartment has been renovated and completely newly furnished in 2020. Guest access The apartment is a self-contained unit with its own entrance via an external staircase. Other things to note The municipality of Schliersee charges a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day (children from 6-18 years 1 euro) which is charged in addition to the accommodation. For this you will receive an electronic guest card with many discounts such as free public transport, etc.
