It is located in the historic district of Nevers, 2 steps from the Cathedral, the Ducal Palace, the Museum of Earthenware and the Loire, the Palais de Justice, the Theater and the House (of Culture), 10 minutes from the Espace Bernadette, 15 minutes from the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours. The space The apartment is located in the most beautiful area of Nevers, on the first floor of a bourgeois building. It is spread over 2 levels. 1: the entrance, a closet, the toilet, the small kitchen, the living room. 2: the bedroom, spacious, including 2 twin beds of 90/190, the bathroom with Italian shower, a dressing room with washing machine, iron and ironing board... The windows overlook, on one side, the oldest half-timbered house in the city, on the other side, a courtyard decorated with plants overlooking the Cathedral. Place de la République ( Place du Palaiscal), the Tourist Office are next door. Visitors appreciate its cocooning side, access by a wide staircase, its proximity to the train station ( 10mn walk ) and free parking spaces nearby. Guest access The apartment is not shared. It is entirely at the disposal of guests. It is accessed by a wide staircase. It is easy to access since it is located on the first floor. Other things to note The apartment was recently renovated. The bedding is new. We provide visitors with: towels, bath towels, dish towels, common cleaning products. The bed is made upon arrival.
