The bright, modern attic apartment is located in Neuhaus am Schliersee with views of the surrounding mountains. From here you can start hiking with your backpack right away - the Josefstal waterfalls are just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you can reach the Spitzingsee ski resort in 10-15 minutes by bus (stop 100 m) - or by your own car. (For electric cars: charging station available). We would like to rent the apartment only to families with max. 2 children or 2 adults. The space The entrance area is brightly tiled and equipped with a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hotplate and oven, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer compartment, Thermomix and fully automatic coffee machine. The dining area with large table and 6 swing chairs. In the living room there is a cozy, pull-out couch (with slatted base and mattress, 1.60 m wide), TV with cable connection and a PlayStation 5. The sleeping area has 1 double bed that is 1.60 m wide. The bathroom has a shower and a hot tub with LED light. Guest access The apartment is in the attic of a 6-party house. Private access to the apartment by means of self-check-in via key safe. Other things to note Toys and books for younger children are available. Bedroom and sitting room are not separated. Suitable for families of up to four. No street shoes may be used in the living area. For the stay at Lake Schliersee, a spa fee is due, which we must pay for you. This is charged separately and is not included in the nightly rate. You will receive a link for the pre-check-in in advance.
