WELCOME to the OBERHAUSBERG house! Our cozy attic apartment at 1,000 m above sea level in Niederau can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with 1 cozy living room with sleeping facilities, 1 kitchen, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a small balcony. Since our house is located on a mountain, a car is clearly an advantage. Of course, you can also walk up easily, but you have to allow 30-45 minutes per trip The space Living room: The cozy living room is equipped with a sofa bed, a small wall unit, as well as a TV and a dining table with 3 chairs. Here you will also find access to the balcony, from where you have a beautiful view of the village of Niederau, the Wilder Kaiser and the Kitzbühel Alps. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has a kitchenette with fridge, oven, dishwasher, ceramic stovetop, coffee filter machine, toaster and kettle. Bedroom: The small cozy bedroom consists of a double bed and a closet with curtain, as well as a shelf. Bed linens are available. Bathroom: In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, toilet, towel dryer and hairdryer. Hand and shower towels are provided. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. Other things to note In the village of Niederau, there are shops (2 supermarkets, 1 gas station, 1 pharmacy as well as some restaurants and cafes. Leisure activities in summer: Various hiking opportunities in the beautiful high valley of Wildschönau, outdoor swimming pool, tennis, mountain biking, paragliding, Drachental leisure park and much more. Winter leisure activities: In winter you can go skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Ski tour hikes only on specific days (more information at the Wildschönau cable cars). Year-round leisure activities in Wörgl: Climbing hall, cinema, bowling and for shopping enthusiasts there is a variety of shops. Upon arrival, the guest sheet of the tourism association must be completed and the tourist tax (from the age of 15 per night €3.50) paid in cash. The settlement with the tourism association is made by the landlord. At the tourist information office (located between Niederau and Oberau), a WildschönauCard is available after presentation of the guest sheet and payment of €0.25 each, which entails some discounts.
