Living area with kitchen and mezzanine; sleeping area with 2 bedrooms: one standard double and one with French bed, bathroom. Mezzanine with workstation and possibility of an additional single bed. Large private terrace with table and armchairs. Parking inside the closed courtyard. Wifi free. Motorcyclists and cyclists welcome: possibility of shelter for vehicles. Pets welcome. The space A few km from the center of Caraglio and Dronero and a few hundred meters away is the bus stop, the location is suitable both for quick transfers to Cuneo (15 km) and for excursions in the Grana and Maira valleys, but also Stura, Gesso, Vermenagna and Varaita. You can easily reach Colle dell'Agnello, the salt road from Limone Piemonte, the hills of Maddalena, of Tenda (now closed indefinitely), of Bonette, Castelmagno and many other places. By bike we recommend a visit to the Ciciu del Villar in Villar San Costanzo, the pedancola (Tibetan bridge) in Monastero di Dronero, the river park around Cuneo, the Biopark in Bottonasco (hamlet of Caraglio). The large courtyard in front of the house is closed by a gate and allows convenient parking of vehicles in complete safety. The open garage which, on request, can be made available, is suitable for motorcycles and bicycles and offers ample space even for minor maintenance. NB. My 2 dogs, one small and one large, can run around in the courtyard and in the garden. They are very docile and affectionate.
