Hi, I offer an air-conditioned house on a vegetated plot with a large shaded terrace designed for relaxing. A heated 5-seater SPA awaits you to chill out with sunbathing, hammock and ottoman for naps under the olive tree. 10 minutes from Narbonne, 20 minutes from the beaches, this house is ideal for a quiet vacation or for a rejuvenating weekend. In July and August, rental is only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We look forward to hosting you Régis The space The house was designed to rest and recharge, to combine a vacation of sharing with family or friends but also so that everyone can find a place to isolate and refocus, alternating moments of exchange and cocooning. The house is very well-equipped: Open kitchen with dishwasher, American fridge – freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, blender, Delonghi coffee machine with bean grinder, toaster… Living room with large sofa, large screen TV, internet access, Wi-Fi, TV by Orange, Canal+, Netflix and Amazon Prime Terrace with large garden table, WEBER barbecue, HOT TUB, sunbathing, hammock,... Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and clothes rack The master suite on the ground floor has a king-size bed (2 m x 2 m), its dressing room (not accessible for short-term rentals) and private bathroom (shower) The 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a double bed and share a bathroom (shower) + toilet The exterior is landscaped with various plants and cacti, a petanque court, a large mulberry plane tree to enjoy both the sun and the shade. There are 2 parking spaces on the property and an electric gate. Bed linen, dishes, vacuum cleaner and floor washer are provided The accommodation must be returned clean, in case of non-compliance with this point a cleaning fee of €75 will be applied. For eco-friendly holidays, the house is equipped with photovoltaic panels to consume the energy produced on site. Guest access The accommodation is only for you and you will be alone there. For short stays (1 week or less), the dressing room will not be accessible to you – however, you will have cupboards at your disposal). The garage is not accessible either except for the washing machine and dryer part for stays of 1 week or more (or on request). The garden shed remains inaccessible in any case.
