This apartment can be opened up to connect with the 2 bedroom apartment The space The villa has 2 apartments x 3 bedrooms situated on Santa Maria Estate, Mellieha 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the ground floor. the ground floor is ideal for the elderly or with limited mobility The pool is shared by total 3 apartments in the villa please send request if interested in the 2 bedroom apartment There are 15 steps from driveway to the front door of this apartment This 3 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms, 1 with walk in shower and 1 with bath and walk in shower with 2 basins All bedrooms are large with two of them leading out to a balcony and the other bedroom on to the outside passage area The kitchen comes completely equipped Including washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc Another large terrace with outside furniture is situated right next to the front door to enjoy dining or relaxing on the sofas in the evening We also have a Heated Indoor Pool/Games room. The Indoor pool is available for the winter months for an extra small fee and the games room is available all year round. Heated Indoor pool is not included in the winter available at an extra small charge Air Condition (optional) in all bedrooms and kitchen/ Sitting rooms Bus stop is 5 mins walk away that connects you to all other villages Children are welcome.
