We rent a wooden cottage on our property in the middle of a clearing above Innsbruck. The house is accessible by a walk, and is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pond. The space Our guests stay in a beautiful one-room wooden cottage, which stands next to our house (main house). A double bed is available for guest use. On the lower floor of this cottage there is a shower and sauna. The path there leads around the cottage. The toilet and kitchen are located in the main house about 20 m away. In the guest room there is a small kitchenette. The water supply in the entire house is with "Grander" water. We provide guests with bed linen, towels and bathrobes. Guest access Our guests are undisturbed in their cottage. Only they use the shower and sauna. They can stay anywhere in the garden and at the pond. Campfires and grilling are possible. The kitchen in the main house can be used by guests to prepare breakfast, including the dining room, veranda or one of the garden seats. Basic breakfast equipment (bread, coffee, tea, milk, fresh eggs from our own chickens, ...) is available for guests. In the evening, our kitchen and dining areas are private. There is washing machine and dryer, which can be used by appointment. (€ 2/wash cycle). Other things to note Access to our house is a bit complicated. All our guests receive guest information by email, which also contains exact directions. We ask that our guests really read it (!), or bring the description for how to get here. Please do not (!!!) enter our address in a navigation device. The access to our house is always displayed incorrectly. If technically possible, all guests will be sent a video of the footpath to our house to the phone number provided by Airbnb, which can then be used for navigation. The house can only be reached on foot, about 400 m from the private parking lot (cannot be rented)/street (until then you can take a taxi) and about 800 m from the bus stop. This path is partly steep uphill. This place is therefore only suitable for people who can manage this path! A backpack as luggage is an advantage. The sauna is available to guests during the stay. Should it be used, we charge € 25 per sauna use. The local tax of €3 / person / night is still to be paid on site. (The local tax will be increased to 4 euros from May 2026)
