My place is close to the center of Rouen. My place is good for solo and business travelers. The space a free furnished bedroom (for a young student) in an apartment located in Rouen dock district, new eco-system district, near the Kindarena, in secure residence on the ground floor, elevator. The room has 1 bed, 1 desk. The flat-rate rental is 450 €/month (if considering a week of 7/days s/a full month) (including edf, heating, water, bad, wifi) or for a short period of 25€ /night. A deposit of 100 euros is required for the keys. Guest access to the kitchen without any problem. Shared bathroom.
