The space Just 3 miles from the famous coastal resort of Lyme Regis, the Rousdon Estate is at the heart of the undercliff and has its own private access to the beach, so you can enjoy spectacular scenery and fossil hunting in a quiet, peaceful setting. There are many great walks on and around the estate, including the south west coastal path. The cottage has an open-plan living and dining area, a fire-place with wood-burning stove and galley-style kitchen. There is a separate bathroom and w.c. and cosy double bedroom. The garden is south-facing and is a real sun-trap, with a gravel patio and stone steps leading up to a raised terrace lawn. The cottage is mid-terrace and was originally lived in by market garden workers. On one side is a holiday home and on the other is a property which has been unoccupied since All Hallows School closed in the 1990s.
