Breathtaking Countryside Views from The Barn at Dunstone.

We have fitted our barn out to the highest standard and look forward to having you! We have created a wonderful outdoor space for BBQs, alfresco eating with stunning views and sun all day long. For an extra pamper we have put a free-standing bath in the main double bedroom with views over the fields beyond! 1 small dog allowed by prior agreement only for a £20 nightly charge. The space Return from the beach, light the BBQ and cook dinner over coals whilst surveying countryside views from the sunken patio of this stone barn-turned-cottage. Modern furnishings, light hardwood floors, and pops of colour unite to forge a charming glow inside the home. Enter through the front door from the gravel parking area into the open plan kitchen/sitting room. Off which is one of the showers rooms and then through the hall to the downstairs twin bedroom where the beds have luxury mattresses. Upstairs to the large double bedroom with a new king size mattress for extra comfort and no movement for two sleepers. A free standing bath also in the bedroom! On the same floor a separate shower room. Also on this top level, a large glass door leading to the outside patio/bbq seating area and field with spectacular views. A warm outside shower is to the side of the Barn for dogs and humans to wash off the days salt and sand! Adjacent to an idyllic farm with grazing sheep and sometimes calves! The home is set in the rural hamlet of Dunstone within the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Restaurants, pubs, and shops are a short drive away in Yealmpton or a 25min walk. Hiking paths along the spectacular coast and beautiful beaches are less than a 10-minute drive away. Guest access All this space is yours to enjoy. Other things to note 1 small dog allowed by prior agreement only. We please ask you to not allow your dog in the bedrooms or on the furniture and not to be left alone in the barn or the garden. We charge an extra £20 nightly fee for your furry friend. We have a firm cancellation policy so please don’t be caught out by that. We look forward to having you to stay. Thank you!
