Apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom, large living room, equipped kitchen and balcony. Parties and evenings are not allowed. The space The residence was delivered in December 2018. The accommodation is therefore new, suitable for people with disabilities and ranked RT 2012 🌿 The first available bedroom is equipped with a 140 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, the second bedroom has a 160 cm x 200 cm bed. The living room has a large sofa and a bench. The amenities in the kitchen are as follows: stove, oven, microwave and large combined fridge. Dolce Gusto coffee maker with pods provided, kettle, crockery and kitchenware are also available. The 8 m2 balcony, with its two armchairs, is ideal for breakfast or aperitif at the end of the day! 🥃 During your stay Check-in is in the presence of the host. Check-out can be autonomous: you just need to put the keys to the apartment on the living room table, and notify the host of your final departure. Other things to note Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Shower gel is also available, as is the washing machine. The apartment is non-smoking. You can of course smoke on the balcony. Respect for the accommodation and amenities is the basic rule. No parties/events allowed. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT💥 PROCEDURE 💥 Check-in is in the presence of the host. Check-in is from 5pm onwards, unless otherwise agreed with the host. Checkout is self-checkout: you will need to remove the vehicle from the basement, then place the keys to the apartment on the living room table and notify the host of your final departure. Checkout time is before 2 p.m. unless otherwise agreed with the host.
